ABSA home loan - arears but home loan is paid
<p>Hello</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an message from ABSA bank that my home loan is in arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>My home loan is paid and i have an sms state that payment is made and also on my bank records it showed my loan is paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have also signed a fixed rate on the 26 November that i have copy of that that from December my home loan will improve but for November it was still on the old fixed rate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need an explanation from ABSA and a formal letter of appology and this iisue to be solved by COB tody</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p>marius</p> <p> </p>
