ABSA HOME LOAN APPOINTING DODGE COMPANIES THAT ARE HELPLESS

ABSA Home insurance playing delaying tactics by appointing a company campany called digicallsgroup which called people who phone odd hours like 19:50 pM, very dodge and unprofessional , upon asking why not phone during working hours the guy said he is busy the whole of KZN and wanted to come on Tuesday to do the assessment , i asked him what time he is gonna come, he doesn't know, then Tuesday comes the guy phoned me saying he wants to come on Wednesday and i asked what time, he doesn't know,so he suggested they appoint someone else, of which they did and the another guy came and he said he can't see the problem and i did not see him doing anything, I explained that everything was working then the ceiling was flooded , obviously the pipes and plugs got water so so they need to be opened , and i am supposed to be phoning him every time it trips , but i have already reported. This is not a complicated problem. These briefcase companies are there to make money not to help people.Am extremely disappointed and my security is compromised and this tripping is going to end up damaging my security system
