absa home loan

im writting this confused as ever , i had a home loan with absa which has been cancelled for on the 23-02-2021 as my flat has been registered to a new owner ... suprisingly thy took their loan on the 23-02-2021 and they havent refunded me that amount so thats when i called absa to find out if reali my bond has been cancelled they confirmed yes it has been cancelled however i have a shortfall of R64599.64 that im still owing .... then i called my agent who helped with selling the property who advised how can they say im owing if they havent done a settlement to me according to her since my bond was for 20 years and i settled them within 4 years meaning the have to calculate the interest and im suppose to get the money .

mind you i have been calling absa today i would even be fired at work the way i was calling them , i called my agent shes still saying the very same thing she said

the reason i sold that flat it was because of affordability !!!! i cannot afford their levies and i checked in future i was gonna be in debt for something i cant afford ... but today im in debt with ABSA im renting a flat i also have to pay answe someting i do not understand

can i be assisted atleast can some1 explain to me ......
