ABSA HOME LOAN ACCOUNT OVERDUE

Good day,

I am currently a very unhappy ABSA client.

I want to get Vehicle Financing but Nedbank came back to me and informed me my bond account at ABSA is R23660.00 overdue.

I pulled a Credit Report myself and also found that my ABSA Home Loan account reflects the account is overdue with this amount.

I have been paying the Home Loan installments diligently.

How is it POSSIBLE that according to my Credit Bureau profile, I have an ABSA Home Loan account that is overdue?????
