Absa home loan account complain

In 2011 I app**** for the home loan that was amounting to R360 000 for 3 bedroom house. In 2014 I moved into the house after the developer finished building. When moving in 6 I made arrangement with the bank to pay half bond for 6 months as I had financial problems. however since then I have been paying my bond . last week I received a statement which shows that I have a balance of R364 000 on my home loan. I have paid my bond for more than 5 years and there is no reduction on my home loan instead there is an addition of R4000 from initial loan. I have called and e mail ABSA however up to date I have not received any response or clarity with regard to my home loan account. Please assist me hellopeter
