Absa home loan a nightmare

Absa does not have any service at all. We apply for a home loan and because of delays at Tshwane we outside our building schedule. The bank want us to start paying for the bond. Well, I even tried to change debit order dates. That I cannot even do can nobody bothers to answer queries.

I am waiting for the 6 months to be over, and i am definitely switching, even for a higher rate because this bank is a nightmare. Customer service does not exist. They can never be no 1 because of this! They are definitely going to lose 20 years of interest and a loyal payer.
