ABSA Home Loan

On 1 April I requested a change in my monthly home loan installment amount. I filled in all the paper work as requested.

My home loan installment is paid on the 15th of each month. On 15 April (2 WEEKS AFTER MY REQUEST) the installment that is deducted IS NOT the requested amount. Because of ABSA incompetence I am now behind on my home loan installment.

The private banking and home loan personnel are completely ***********!!!
