ABSA home loan.
My experience with ABSA home loan was very disappointing. Bear in mind I got a mortgage loan quote from another bank that gave me 100% meanwhile ABSA gave me 79%. I wanted to negotiate with ABSA since I bank with them directly but I Couldn’t get any additional assistance the lady by Nicole who is the principal agent did not want to communicate with me also told the consultant staff to tell me she is in a meeting and she will contact me back ”I am still waiting ”. Finally got tired of waiting, I approached the branch in Menlyn Maine to discuss my application they mentioned Nicole again that she is the one to contact. To cut the matter short I felt very discouraged by Nicole refusal to respond to me meanwhile I have been with ABSA since 2009 and since then I have cancelled and closed my cheque and credit card with ABSA! I am done with this company!

Please don’t bother doing any investigation, I am totally done with ABSA.! And looking at his reviews on hellopeter I can sleep peacefully knowing I did a great thing.
I know you are going to provide me with a chatgp response the say way Russel Edward did with reference C-***3. He never explained why Nicole would behave in the manner she did and also give me an opportunity to explain to myself. As usual Russel justified something that I could read on my application response.
I see why ABSA has so many legal problems.
