ABSA HOME LOAN

I own a house in Port Elizabeth and recently got into financial constraints because of a court case I happened to be involved in and needed money urgently to pay my legal bills which ran over a hundred thousand rand in the light of trying to defend my case and not end up in prison as my family would struggle.<br> In paying my legal bills I neglected my home loan payments resulting in me being in arrears with ABSA home loan and as we stand I'm behind by R224,000.000, I received summons from ABSA home loans for the outstanding amount and recently have been working hard to try and settle these arrears but managed to raise R100,000.00. I can afford the loan installments now but have the problem of the arrears that the bank will not listen to me trying to make an arrangement with them. I offered R80,000 towards the arrears and R20,000 as first installment and then raise my current installment to R10,000 per month but the bank rejected the offer. ABSA has a court date for my case on Tuesday 14/03/2015 in Port Elizabeth high court to take judgement and auction my house and put my family and I on the streets. I would like assistance to try reason with ABSA, I don't want to loose my home
