ABSA HOME LAON - ACESS BOND "BLOCKED" AND IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST

Trying to transfer funds from Home loan to Saving. Message "Your transfer was unsuccessful. An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later". I've been trying to do the transfer now for 2 - 3 weeks with the same message. Try and find out "what the error is" is impossible. You can phone and "input numbers" for hours. Was told to speak to my banker (In Nelspruit and I'm in Pretoria) and I have never met my banker. He was allocated to me. At 1st I though it was because I missed a payment, but allas, I eventually find out it was "FICA". Now, I FICAD in 2023. I though it was valid for 5 years. I was at 1st referred to "unpaid" and then unpaid sent me back to where I started, at FICA. A complete shambles. I had to find out that I was "not notified", and whilst overseas, my bond account was "BLOCKED". It's now 3 weeks since I've been trying to access my access bond, but without ado. I sent items I think they require to FICA on 12 March 2025. I have an urgent need for some funds and requested ABSA to unblock the account whilst they continue to FICA me. Nothing has changed and the contract with ABSA stipulates, that it something changes, I have to notify ABSA. NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR 14 YEARS. I'm still in the same house, same accounts, same address, same car, same wife, same kids, same TRUST, etc. etc. I urgent require some attention in order to resolve this issue?
