ABSA HOME INSURANCE WOES

Lesedi Matolwane from absa home loan insurance has been handling my refund claim and i must say , what a bad service i received from him. he does not do follow up when he is supposed to and calls on days when i told him not to call. so arrogant and does not know anything about time value of money calculations(TVM). for someone that works for a big bank, does he not tell me that it is impossible to determine how much they charged me a day in order to calculate the refund. ABSA IS TRYING TO **** ME because apparently a big bank as ABSA CANT DO PRO RATA CALCULATIONS according to Lesedi. its almost 2 months now and ABSA has not refunded the premiums they charged me for my home owners insurance. please go back to your call recording to listen to how many times i had to correct him, to make matters worse he calls without a solution and tells me they cant do grade 1 maths. how do we get so undermine by Absa consultant? does he really think iam that stupid. ALL i want is my money back. that's not too much to ask.
