Absa Home Insurance what a laugh today, tomorrow..

This is the second time that I have tried claiming from my Absa insurance. The first time tiles were falling from my bathroom walls. The assessor that was sent out told me it was \SHODDY WORKMANSHIP"(bought the house twenty four years ago with the same tile in the bathroom) and that they will reject my claim. A contractor informed me that if what happened to me happens in the SEAPOINT and CAMPSBAY areas the whole bathroom gets done over
Now my geyser overflowed and absa sends out another assessor from Digicall. The claim was approved for replacing my geyser and he will \""approve\"" a R250.00 for me a single women to fix the roof and repaint it. My build in cupboard under the sink fell in two weeks before the assessor came and he said \""Absa won't pay for that because it's an old problem\"" and it's not waterdamaged from the geyser.
I have been paying my insurance every month for 24 years and I know that as soon as you are late with your payments Absa calls continously for \""their\"" money. When you need your insurance to be there for you \""today"
