ABSA Home Insurance the worst!!

My writing this on behalf of my mom. The home she has lived in for more than 30 years and has only ever claimed twice for the roof, the first time ABSA declined it saying it was not maintained enough so my parents were forced to take out a loan on the house to fix it. Now a few years after that they have a leak in the room and AGAIN absa found a way to decline it! This time it was maintained but now they want to give some BS about which way the water flows!! I swear they find anyway not to repair!! We have all banked with Absa for many years but honestly we will all be looking to change banks after this!!
