ABSA Home Insurance service pathetic

ABSA Property Insurance - Service Delivery is non existent. If you put in a claim they find every possible way to prevent the claim from being successful. Besides the countless number of telephone calls you make to the call center , they never ever return your call ..nor are you keep informed with regards to your claim. This is so frustrating, as every time you call them they say it is not finalized as yet. It is now gone 2 months since I have put through my claim for damage.
