ABSA HOME Insurance pathetic ********

ABSA Home insurance are big ********, after i made my claim, they did not give feedback, after a lot of follow up calls the asked me for a quote, after giving the quotes they said they need there internal assessor to evaluate the quote, after that they said they need an external assessor to come to the house and evaluate and make report, the external assessor came one week ago and they have the report but they still can't make a decision,or at least communicatewith me, it's 3 weeks now after the KZN floods, and ABSA are just being Pathetic, inhuman, PLEASE AVOID ABSA Insurance
