Absa Home Insurance - Missing field on form more important than our safety.

<p>On Tuesday we had a breakin at our new home, the very next day we contacted Absa with regards to damage to our house that needs to be fixed.<br /><br />Here we are on Friday, nothing has been done yet, and all of this is attributed to a missing email address on an insurance form (an email address we did supply when initially signing contracts).<br /><br />To put it bluntly, we're sleeping in a completely open house due to negligence on their part, but even if we did for some reason leave the field blank this can't be tolerated? Paperwork above our safety???<br /><br />This is unacceptable.</p>
