Absa Home Insurance is the worst

My family is very disappointed in Absa Home Insurance, our Solar Geyser burst last year October 2022, Absa appointed a service provider to have the Geyser replaced, the day after they replaced the Geyser I called Rhadia Mohammed from the Absa Insurance department to inform her of the faulty Geyser. ABSA have sent electrians to my house 3 times to check the Geyser and still it is not fixed, it's a new year and I've made contact with Rhadia again last week to inform her we do not have any hot water, it's been 3 months that I'm struggling with Absa to have my Geyser fixed, it's a real shame that everything in our Country is going down the drain because people are not doing their jobs
