Absa home insurance FAIL

A whole week later and we still sit with a burst geyser! No hot water in winter! A bunch of social media smoozzing from them but NO action! 2 pathetic CHEAP plumbers were sent out who cannot complete the job, a third plumber appointed and then cancelled by absa. No communication from Absa insurance. Shocking customer service and delivery.
