ABSA home insurance ABSAlutely useless!!!

I am an ABSA client for over 40 years and a home owner with my bond at ABSA. I noticed that the house I live in for ten years now is cracking and indications are that a corner of the house is sagging. Fortunately I am insured by ABSA and I never claimed before, so I call them. Long story short, no they dont because it happened over a period of time???? I checked my contract and sure it covers subsedance, but exludes every possable cause there is???? Nice one guys, you suck, and then the insurance is compulsory with the home loan. I feel blatantly violated and everyone I talk to just just shrug and give you the I just work here. You can contest by getting your own engineers report (if you can afford it ha ha ha) and then we will just have another clever excuse..... You idiot, serves me right I suppose, sticking with them all these years. Thanx guys thats ABSAlutely great!!
