ABSA Home Insurance We had a problem with our geyser. Must compliment the quick response in replacing the geyser.

BUT since the geyser was replaced there is a very loud thundering noice in the water pipes in the house. We requested a follow up to fix the problem and after living with the noice now for 2 weeks - WITHOUT ANY SUCCESSFUL ENGADGEMENT FROM ABSA. Appartly this is not covered and therefor not ABSA's problem anymore.

WE contacted other plumbers to assist and fix at a huge cost.

We are ABSA clients for over 30 years.
