Absa Home insurance a gimmick

So I have Absa Home Insurance. Got up this morning and my laundry floor was just water everywhere. The water is coming through the ceiling down the walls. 24/7 Emergency service right? NO NO NO that is a lie. They tell me to phone back on Monday morning. Really? They don't work weekends anymore. What the hell so I must just let the water run down the whole weekend. Obviously I closed the tap outside, I'm not that blond. so what must I do Now?
