Absa home insurance

I am with Absa home insurance for 8 years. During this period they rejected several claims , looking for all kinds of excuses why they should not honour their responsibility.The most recent experience was when my home was damaged in a storm on 19/09/2023. A claim was registered and I received a claim number .To date 12/11/2023 nothing happened. No visit from the assessor no feedback. As I work away from home during the week , they are not prepared to visit my property after hours or on weekends.

I will not recommend Absa home insurance to anybody who wants piece of mind when he pay for a service to protect their biggest asset.
