Absa home insurance

Absa the home insurance department do not provide feedback on queries. They promise regular feedback but the don't do it. Logged a complaint previously on this site they responded and said will investigate and provide feedback, again nothing happened. They really don't provide Customer service at all. After been there customer for more than 30 years I am dissapointed. I see other people also had complaints about home insurance. Think it's time to get a bank that cares
