ABSA HOME GROANS

my mum went to the bank recently to pay a final settlement amount that was owing on a home loan. she phoned through and was given a figure which she dutifully paid. when we requested proof of settlement, guess what? my mum was informed that there was still an outstanding amount and therefore the account was not settled!!!!!! what a joke!!! will definitely start closing our accounts there! just goes to show being a loyal client for years means nothing! will ensure ALL our friends and family know about these *********** buffoons and bank elsewhere!!! BANK with anyone EXCEPT ABSA! they will just break you until you have nothing!!!!!
