ABSA HOME

I am emailing out of utter frustration!!!!!!!!!!

I was at ABSA branch (Promenade) in JANUARY and was told that I will be contacted to have our bond transferred. A final payment was deducted and should still be with ABSA, this was supposed to cover the transfer fees (No interest added, I GUESS – GABSA, and not ABSA).

OMW!!!!! I can’t seem to understand what the hold up is! I’m sure if we DIDN’T pay our bond for one month, then we would receive endless phone calls. Strange that if it is the other way round. Our file is probably pushed to the bottom or by now thrown in the shredder!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES! I’M UPSET, WITH GOOD REASON! NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER. SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! YES IS SAID IT, YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mrs Demingo,  We are looking into the matter for you and request more information, please………… We sent you an email regarding the below. Kindly reply for us to assist further. Is the transfer of the bond a result of the property being sold? If so, kindly provide us with more information regarding the sale as the attorneys should have been involved.  Or are you referring to the bond being cancelled since it has now been paid off? If so, the branch staff should have provided you with a bond cancellation form to complete and send off to Home Loans for further assistance. If this is the case, kindly forward us the cancellation form that you completed in January.

Best regards,
