ABSA holds clients liable for debt that is not theirs

ABSA ABSA ABSA... I have settled my debt in full. All the accounts that I am the primary card holder have been settled in full. I have visited the branch multiple times to try and remove myself from my fathers account ending with 6024. I am listed as a secondary card holder on qccount ending with 6024. My father gave me a garage card. This gerage card has been settled in full.

Why would you decline my clearance because my father owsoney on his credit card??? This is ridiculous. Do your job right!!! Send me my clearance ASAP!!!

I'm taking this case to the ombudsman if I do not send my approved clearance within the next 48hours!
