ABSA holding refund ransom with no interest???
My bond with ABSA was cancelled last week Thursday and there is a refund due to me. ABSA sent me a message saying it will be refunded after 5 days. It is the 6th working day today and ABSA has not gotten back to me. Why are they holding my refund ransom. Upon calling the call center the landmark has suddenly moved to 7 days? This was not in my sms.
