Absa holding on to my money for whaaat its pathetic

made a payment of R294 to multichoice via the payu wallet which is linked to my absa account no ********** 000 on friday,however the money which absa gladly debited never went through to multichoice now my dstv has been diconnected its been more than 24 hours how does absa explain this,its pathetic and their consultant are useless been calling only to be told to wait for 24 hours for payment to clear 3 days later still nothing am so dissapointed their service is so pathetic
