ABSA holding my money!

Extremely disappointed with ABSA, I just opened an account and thought I'd switch from FNB. Worst decision ever!! They put my account FICA hold because of an incorrect cellphone number. I brought in my temporary I.D to the branch and apparently its not required as an I.D. Whats worse I've made deposits in my account and I can't access them. I want my money withdrawn please and my account terminated. I don't want to deal with this Bank.
