Absa holding client responsible for their consultant's mistake. Mistake proven

Yesterday 4 Febr 2021, I phone into Absa telephone banking service to make a payment to Courier Guy. I did the transaction and did repeat very clearly the amount of R149.50 and the account it must be paid from tot the consultant. He also read it back to me. I ask to mail me a conformation letter to mail to Courier Guy. When I recieve the proof of payment the amount was R1450.00. I could not believe it for the balance in the acc was not enough. I phoned in and after I stayed on the line(wasting my minutes) They said they will call me back. Then we recieved a SMS stating that the money now went of our Cheque acc and the acc was nou in the red. Then a guy from the bank called Riaan Koen said he heard the story and will look into it and will call me once he have any news. He then call back and said that he did listen to the recording of the transaction and that the consultant was at fault but that the transaction did not went thru because of insufficiant funds. I ask him but how can he then send me a proof of payment. He then said that the money went of the cheque acc which are nou in the red. I told him that I just want my money back as this is not my fault. How can they let someone work with other peoples money when he is not capebill of doing the job? Riaan said He did speak to Courier Guy and they will refund one they got all the documents they need. So I had to mail the dokuments to him. And only then I can get my money back. I did maul him a copy of my Id. When I whatsup him later he mistake me for a client that got the same problem but with Woolworths. After I told him he is telling me the wrong story he said no I must send some other documents to him as well. I told him I refuse to send anmore dokuments. It is costing my money and it is clearly a mistake on Absa side. He said that once Absa get a refund I can get my money back. I only want my money for it is all I have and our DSTV debitorder must still go off tonight and it is weekend leaving me without money. We are with Absa since it was United in 1976 but no more. I need my money. This time I wont leave it. I will fight this even if I have to go to the newspapers. We pay for services at Absa and we pay a lot.
