ABSA HOIC CLAIM
Good day
We've had a claim 25 April 2020 iro of our geyser. The geyser has been sorted,but the other damage is still hanging. We've had several calls from the HOIC staff stating that they will send us a form to complete.Nothing yet.I did querry it on the 02 July ref C-***8 Nobody is returning your a call or email.This is an abolute disgrace and not the first time that we are having problems with this department
