ABSA HOIC claim ********** Good Day We are struggling with the above claim and it is emails going forth and back.According to the contractor that what my husband said ,did not happened.This contractor is not living in Rustenburg so why can he make remarks and assumptions like that.We have proof of what did happened that day in Rsutenburg.The evening when he did the so called inspection ,he was complaining about the small jobs that he needs to do and ABSA is not even paying him his petrol.

Good Day Thanks so much for your quick response,but Absa can not even do a rejection letter on a correct address . Incorrect suburb I can handle ,but town's that's about 170 km apart from each other. What worries me is that there's a bond registered,so I need to look at my title deed of 1996
