Went to the branch as after precious complaint my problem is still not solved because of ****y staff.

I went there again today 7 people in the queue 1 person assisting.....

1 guy (,pensioners counter at customer care) staring at everyone or playing on his phone not helping anyone waiting for I don't know what

I walked out

What service is this for clients?

On a Friday 1 person helping at customer service work a queue sitting and waiting no urgency from staff

I sat for 45min then I left because 1 person was helped in that time

1. Still fica is a issue agter submission of documents 2. Still rewards on my app is not working
