ABSA HOC *****ing my money and refusing to cancel the policy

ABSA building insurance has been deducting my account for 5 months after my house has been sold. All necessary paperwork has been provided to show transfer of the house, and even the bond was with ABSA. I've been struggling with no effect for more than a month on email with ABSA HOC, Property Insurance, ActionLine to no avail. They simply do not answer any emails. I've been in the bank branch twice, but they make me phone HOC. This is a 40minute phone call, where they tell you to email through the documentation. This is an endless loop. I need to be refunded for 5 months of insurance, as well as have the policy cancelled with immediate effect.
