ABSA HOC not paying back wrongfully deducted insurance premium

I contacted ABSA on 3 June 2022. ABSA deducted a premium of R876.77 incorrectly from my account. I have no connection with the owner or business of the policy. The excuse was that ASBA must have made a typing error causing this debt order going of my account. Thelma Sathekge from ABSA HOC called me and said it will be corrected. No further communication have been received from ASBA and no response on my follow up emails. I wanted to move my insurance from ABSA, but after I wanted to move it, ABSA only came to the party and reducing the overpriced premium by almost R2000 for the year. Now I am starting to feel this was a mistake. Trying to get the debit order seems almost impossible and it might go off again this month enbd.
