Absa HOC claims insurance team.

Absa insurance is full of managers who are inefficient and heartless. I have a house which is 489 square metres. In 2018 one lounge was leaking due to storms. They appointed their contractor to undertake the repairs on the roof and ceiling. The contractor did a job of poor quality. I raise my concerns that where the contractor worked will leak again and they ignore my plea to attend to the poor workmanship. Two years later the area where Absa appointed contractor worked is leaking. Their excuse is that this is due to poor maintenance but the house is well maintained and the leak is only where the contractor worked. If it was a maintenance issue the entire house should be leaking.
