ABSA HOC Capitalists who don't care for their customers!!!

The worst homeowners insurance in South Africa. My mother took over the HOC after my dad died in 2017. In June 2022, she became a pensioner and contacted ABSA HOC regarding cancelling the policy as she could no longer afford it. She spoke to a call center consultant (Tebogo Mokoena) regarding cancelling and an email was sent to confirm the cancellation request. Ref C-***2. One year and 6 months later she is still getting the debit order come through! She is a pensioner and has no source of income. She has gone to the branch numerous times with no help! What a bunch of *******!
