ABSA HIGH INTEREST RATES AND UNWILLING TO BARGAIN WITH CUSTOMERS(GREEDY)

I have requested review of interest rate over my bond after being offered unjustified 11.95% from absa and after lengthy back and forth eventually they reviewed my interest rate, but due to their delayed feedback i requested a quote also from standard bank. when both banks reverted with feedbacks, standard banks offer was 0.2% lower than ABSA's offer. Then i requested absa to counter offer standards banks offer but they rejected my request without any reason nor justification.
