ABSA Heartless Bank
Hi,
Again I am getting letter to say we are removed from from debt review. We pay our installment and not once has ABSA called me or emailed me. The letter does not even say how much we in arrears.
You are a heartless bank and don't care about clients, and how can I be in arears if I am under debt review.
I complained two months ago, about same letter, and there we discovered ABSA never updated my profile and the repayment amounts to the court order.
