Absa head office is useless

Absa (business) head office!!!!!! On 16 May our account was blocked due to FICA re-registration not being done in time. 19 May, after numerous attempts we managed to get the business banker to arrange with head office to temporarily lift the block, as she did receive some of the required documents. And salaries was due to be paid on the 18th already. I brought all the required documents in on 23 May, with a letter asking our business banker to contact me and confirm she received the documents, because she was to busy to see me. Which she hasn't done. I had to follow up with her. To which she rep****, she received it and will hand them in. Everything was going well until 6 June, when we need to make monthly payments, when we got an error message with the account being blocked again. The account was still active on 3 June, now we have a hefty fine from SARS because tax payment is late.
