Absa HEAD OFFICE - HR Department - Pathetic Service's

On numerous occasions, I requested my employee file and forms to be completed by Absa Head Office - HR department, I was once an employee at Absa require this information for my RAF. Its now been almost 2 years, of constant follow - ups and queries with no success. My query gets closed and reference numbers are given, except for the actual documents I need. I have spoken to numerous consultants but no one has given me feedback or a direct way forward. Absolutely pathetic services and still on going for almost 2 years.
