ABSA Have problems since Barclays sold them off.

Good day, Seriously there is some serious issues at ABSA Card! I got my statement for by card account and for fourth time in as many months there is yet again an issue on my Credit Card Account. On the 23 March 2018 an amount of R390.00 for C#PRO LAWN CENTURION PTY CENTURION ZA was debited twice against my account. Now I phone ABSA and a Mpho Molokwane tel me I have to go to the company and get my money! So now the facts: 1) I paid once. I have one piece of paper from the merchant as proof of payment. 2) The amount was posted twice on my card, although I only required payment once. 3) So let me explain how the process works. The Pro-Lawn is a merchant of Standard Bank. So to make the transaction Standard Bank had to send a authorization request to ABSA for the amount of R390.00. This was done from Standard Bank via ACB to ABSA. ABSA not Standard Bank have to authorized the transactions for R390.00 and send back via ACB back to Standard Bank via to the POS device at Pro-Lawn. 4) Thus if the transaction was posted twice as claimed by ABSA, then a second authorization request have to be send from Pro-Lawn POS device via ACB to ABSA for authorization. 5) Thus ABSA authorized using my card, my PAN, My Card Date, my account name, Pro-lawn POS device merchant and device number and the same amount twice within seconds. This is not suppose to happen as per the PASA and VISA rules that govern these type of transactions. If you want to do the same transaction on the same POS device for the same Credit Card twice within half an hour the merchant have to put his/hers merchant card in and PIN in to "override" the transaction. Other wise it constituent *****! 6) The transaction was authorized twice - fact! So even if the transaction was done in an offline state your ***** detection software as required by VISA had to flag the transactions for investigation, or you had to pick up a phone and inquire the transaction from me! None of the above happened!

So, please reverse the transaction as required by you agreement with VISA International. Phone me and identify you properly to get the account number as I cannot put my information in this e-mail. Thanks
