ABSA HAVE NO RECORDS

In My opinion ABSA Bank and the banking Ombudsman are in cahoots with each other, I have been in contact with The Ombudsman on the 8 august last year they say the only revived the file now ABSA dose not respond Evan after giving them all their deputes numbers that i have revived They say there records have been destroyed in a fire and do not have electronic copy's of the records ABSA has allowed my partner to steel my money with out any authorisation from me. Absa have lost the records that i gave to Mrs Madeline Du pressie in her hands What type of bak is ABSA????
