Absa hates its clients
The service at this bank is suspect to say the least. They know they most refund me. They know They one me money but the refuse to pay me until They feel like it. When will They feel like it? Oh! I have to keep calling to chicken if They are ready. Even though They know they one me, somehow it's my responsibility to call and grovel for my money. Meanwhile, I have always paid them on time without fail for 7 years and 2 vehicles
