Absa has the WORST SERVICE!

<p>This is an email I addressed to ABSA,</p> <p>After more than two months of strugling with them on different issues, I decided to leave, and even that left a lot of issues. I am not being taken seriously and their aim only seems to be getting money out of me!</p> <p> </p> <p>The email reads thus:</p> <p>Good day,</p> <p><br />I got a call at 15:40 on Tuesday - for someone to settle account, I told her that it'll be a payment made, and it was. It was R500 and something. Payment was made.<br />Now that I want to close the account and they tell me that there is another charge of R230 something rand.<br />Apparently the R500 was for last month. HOW DO I HAVE R500 BANK CHARGES? And for an account this isn't used, I must pay R231 something for NOT USING MY ACCOUNT?</p> <p><br />I called and spoke to 5 different people!<br />5 people put me through to other people and the last one asked me to call back!<br />THIS IS WHY I'VE LEFT but I cant even close my own account.<br />This is the WORST service I've EVER had!</p> <p><br />No one can put me through to a manager, and no one was at all helpful. <br />I cannot be paying for things I don't know of. I cannot access my statement online and I am now EXPRECTED to PAY for one in branch?<br />This caanot be ethical!<br />I want to see where in my contract these charges are!</p> <p><br />I need someone to assist me ASAP because I WILL NOT pay for charges that seem to be made up!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then requested to be contacted. Now I am waiting... In the mean time, I'll still be charged more as I am not 'complying' and 'setteling'. I've never had such aweful service.</p>
