ABSA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was unfortunately ****med by people who posed as the Department of Agriculture. They requested to a quotation for 60 units of Hoshiva pumps. The lady who sent me the request, called and suggested a supplier and she also gave me their website address. When I searched on the net for a supplier, the company she suggested- Matrotek came up first. I contacted them, got and a quotation, sent it back, the ******** accepted the quote and sent an acceptance letter. On April 11th I made a payment of R105 000 from my ABSA savings account which was 50% payment to ensure that the pumps get delivered- see attached proof of payment, I was going to pay the balance once delivery was made. I was not aware that these people were working together, they created a website that looked legitimate. I was later informed by a friend that it is **** when I told her what I was working on. I called ABSA *****line on the 12th to request a payment reversal, I was given an email address and sent an email and I received a response with a reference number EC: 3ec7df7d. On the 13th in the morning I called FNB to report the ********** account, the lady that I spoke to confirmed that they have received a cash stop instruction from ABSA on the 12th, after going through the account, the lady also informed me that they have completely blocked the ********** account they owners will no longer have access to it. FNB informed me that I must open a case, get a case number and send it to them, which I did on the same day. I sent the same documents to ABSA on April 18th. I waited a while and then started following up as I was informed that reversals take 3 weeks. I contacted FNB on May 17th, Mondi Nkosi from FNB sent an email informing me that a reversal will be made in 48 hours. I waited till the 22nd, he sent an email confirming that a reversal was made, I should contact ABSA. I contacted ABSA, a lady by the name of Keshnie responded and said my account is under investigation. On May 24th I contacted ABSA again, Keshnie was on leave- the gentleman was very rude and even requested that I resend my documents, which I did, he apologized when he realised that I have already sent the docs a while back. On May 26th I received an email from Keshnie with feedback from Boitumelo Dipale of ***** Risk Management stating that they are making follow ups on unclaimed funds and waiting on the journal to be paid. From then to date I still have not heard anything, I sent a follow up email on June 15th and i have not received any response. Please help. FNB has confirmed that they reversed the funds, I don't understand why ABSA is not paying back and it has been 2 months now.
