Absa has taken my money!! - Still no success

<p>From my last review, Absa has still not refunded my R4565!! Its been almost 60days!</p> <p>No sense of urgency to provide feedback on my money that was ****** by Absa!</p> <p>I got the name of the lady from the Kloof Village Mall Durban branch that I refered to in my previous review that was so rude and unhelpful, Melitta Gallenmuller. You need to go on a basic customer service course before you can answer the telephone at Absa or liase with clients!!</p>
