ABSA has not sent tax certificates.

I phoned ABSA Pinetown to ask for my tax certificates, which are late. They gave me a number to call, and I was re-directed to three other ABSA phone numbers, and was finally told to e-mail Bank-confirmations.<br> I did this but received a reply which I could not understand. <br> I wrote back asking for clarification but 2 weeks later I have had no reply.<br> Why has ABSA not sent out tax certificates this year??<br> Very poor service.
