Absa has no service sense

I sold a laptop and the purchaser sent through a Proof of payment, which turned out to be a ***** and Absa did not want to help with tracing the money, and the staff are useless and unhelpfull, Absa you do not deserve 1 star, that is way to much you should get no stars
