Absa has lost their minds

Has Absa gone and lost their minds. So it's been years and my credit card ***** has still not been resolved. AND now absa is claiming I owe them R57 000.00.

You must be kidding me. I report my card as missing. Somehow someone takes R120 000.00 out of my credit card and somehow absa gives them R25k more than my credit limit. A result for this has never been given and I never got my money back and now absa has handed over my account for collections. They owe me R70k but not the other way around. My credit score is messed up because of this.
